Central Florida - Terms and Conditions

*This offer is valid for two adults (21 years of age or older), and up to two children (under age 18),    

 sharing the same room. Hotel accommodations are available year round on a space available basis. 

A.S.I. Travel Direct is not responsible for delay or cancellation due to nature, strikes, or acts of God.

A.S.I. Travel Direct reserves the right to reschedule your reservations when availability is filled during peak seasons, holidays, and special events.

* This certificate provides for four (4) nights of hotel accommodations in Orlando(Fl.); total of four (4) nights. Upgrades to condominiums and/or extra nights are available at an extra charge.
 

Transportation, gratuities, taxes, and any other expenses not specifically covered by this offer are the responsibility of the traveler. There will be a $30 per night surcharge for travel during Christmas-New Year and Easter periods for Orlando hotels.

* All reservations are on a written confirmation basis only, and must be received by us at least 30 days

   in advance of requested travel date.  The full balance due to A.S.I. Travel Direct must be submitted

   with the reservation (check, money order, or credit card). Please note that these funds will be applied 

   to your reservation within 72 hours after your travel date is confirmed. There will be a $29.00 

   service charge for any returned checks. Short notice reservations (received by A.S.I. Travel Direct 

   with less than 30 days advance notice) will incur a $25 expediting fee.

* This vacation package expires 13 months from issue. Travel must be completed by the expiration 

   date. Group travel (3 or more couples) is available by request.

* Do not leave for your vacation until you receive written confirmation from A.S.I. Reservations.

* Confirmed reservation dates may be changed by notifying A.S.I. Travel Direct in writing at least ten 

   (10) days prior to arrival. A reschedule fee of $29.00 will be charged.

* Cancellations in writing will be accepted at least 10 days prior to arrival. A $29.00 cancellation fee

   will be charged if cancellation is 10 days or more from arrival date. Under 10 days there is no 

   refund but you may reschedule.

* Florida Hotel Tax  (approximately $7 to $9 nightly) will be collected prior to travel.

THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMERS RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.27 FLORIDA STATUTES. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION IF ACCOMMODATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER IN WRITING OF YOUR INTENT TO CANCEL BY RETURNING THE CERTIFICATE AND SENDING NOTICE TO: A.S.I. TRAVEL DIRECT, 3 SUNSHINE BLVD. ORMOND BEACH, FL. 32174. NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY ON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. A.S.I. TRAVEL DIRECT IS LICENSED AND BONDED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AS A SELLER OF TRAVEL; STATE REGISTRATION NUMBER ST-10115.
