Vacation Extra List - Bahamas

Our number one goal is to help you have the best vacation possible.  As you plan your vacation, you may wish to add extra people, extra nights, … .  When you send in your reservation form, check off any extras on this form that you would like to take advantage of, and mail it in with reservation form.  When your travel coordinator contacts you to cover your vacation, he or she will assist you in securing these extras.  Please call our customer service number (386) 523-0036 between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. with any questions.  Have a great trip!!

Extra People (Sharing your room) - The rate will vary by age, with a maximum of 4 people per room:

_____ 2 to 5 years old - $59.00 (includes port charges and departure tax) 

_____ 6 to 11 years - $129.00 (includes port charges and departure tax)   

_____ 12 to Adult - $169.00 (includes port charges and departure tax)

_____ EXTRA COUPLE (in their own room) – we will generally be able to honor the same rate.        

_____ Island Palm Meal Plan – your coordinator can provide full details!

_____ Extra Nights - Extra nights at the Island Palm are only $59 per night (per couple).  Please indicate the number of extra nights you would like:  _____.

_____ Pre and Post Hotel - We have discounted rates available for several hotels in the Ft. Lauderdale area.  Some hotels have free shuttle service to the airport and ship, and some also have free vehicle storage on premises. 

_____ Upgrade to an Island Palm efficiency room (with kitchen facilities). There are a limited number newly upgraded rooms available.

_____ Upgrade to the Island Seas Resort - This is an intimate, upscale, ownership condominium Resort and Beach Club (limited availability).

_____ Upgrade to an Island Seas two-bedroom condominium – 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment accommodates up to six guests (extremely limited availability)
